No. All information shared will be stored on servers at The Ottawa Hospital and will only be used to contact you to see if you wish to participate in the next phase of this project. We will never share, sell or otherwise distribute your information with any of our partners or third parties.

All survey responses will be stored on The Ottawa Hospital servers and only aggregate, anonymized data will be shared in accordance with federal and provincial laws and regulations.

This project has been approved by the Ottawa Health Science Network Research Ethics Board which ensures that all health research at The Ottawa Hospital, The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute, the University of Ottawa and the University of Ottawa Heart Institute is carried out ethically and in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.
