We are seeking a Thrombosis Physician to join Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah and become part of a nationally recognized, integrated health system dedicated to helping people live the healthiest lives possible.
We are internal medicine boarded physicians supporting a high-performing, academically engaged thrombosis service combining clinical excellence, guideline development, and impactful research. You will join a collaborative team of nationally recognized leaders in venous thromboembolism (VTE), including:
- Leaders in pragmatic trials and implementation science
- Co-Chairs of the CHEST VTE guidelines
- Guideline experts involved in ACC/AHA PE guideline development and ISTH/ ASH Guideline development
Together, we are advancing VTE care through clinical innovation, research, and guideline development.
About the Role
This position offers a balanced mix of:
- Outpatient thrombosis clinic (Edwards Internal Medicine Clinic)
- Inpatient consultation service
- Teaching across Intermountain and University of Utah programs
- Research and scholarly opportunities
Schedule: Clinic + consult service + research time, with shared call
